District Deputy Grand Master
The District Deputy Grand Master is the Grand Master's personal representative to the Queens District. It is his duty to perform all the duties required in the absence of the Grand Master. It is the responsibility of the District Deputy Grand Master to make an Official Visit to every Lodge in his District at least once a year and to inspect the books of the Lodge as well as to ensure the proficiency of the Lodge Officers and the well being of its members.
The District Deputy Grand Master has the power to issue certain dispensations in the name of the Grand Master. He is the leader of his District during his tenure in office. As such he is also responsible to attend all major functions which take place in the District and to entertain all questions and issues pertaining to the District. The District Deputy Grand Master is responsible for everything that takes place in his District.
